Shipping Rate

To assure timely, secure delivery, we ship all products via FedEx 2-Day Air at a flat rate of $25.00 per plant and/or $10.00 per Home Accent. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your credit card was billed and your package has been sent. This notification will include a FedEx tracking number so that you can easily track your shipment once it has left our nursery.

Our Guarantee

Orchids: Since we grow the orchids, we ship the freshest quality orchids possible- grower direct! If, upon 2 days of receipt of your plant, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product, we will happily offer a replacement or credit toward a future order.

Shipping Policy

All of our orders are shipped Federal Express (FedEx) where available. We do, however, reserve the right to use other carriers if necessary at our discretion.

Unless an order is placed for a future date, all orders will be shipped within 3 working days and can be tracked with your FedEx tracking number at www.fedex.com. We can ship to any physical address in the United States except Hawaii. McLellan Botanicals issues a signature release to FedEx so that orders are usually left at the door if the recipient is unavailable to sign for them.

At this time delivery is not available Saturdays, Sundays, or FedEx holidays. We are also unable to ship outside the United States or to a Post Office Box. You may, however, order from outside the United States for delivery within the United Sates.

McLellan Botanicals cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses, delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, or recipients unavailable to receive deliveries. Please contact hospitals to ensure recipients can receive plants.
